Every Fiber Element sheet set does ship from the United States. USPS picks up from our warehouse every day. Our handling time is 1 day for domestic and 1-2 days for international.
Same day ship cut-off time is 1:00 PM Mountain Time.
HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION: Any days that UPS, FedEx or the Post Office are closed are not counted as business days.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders in the US. We ship FedEx so you must use a physical address as we cannot ship 2 day to PO Boxes.
We ship worldwide! For most international shipping we currently have just one option, but if you're in EUROPE and you need it faster, send us an email (fiberelementsheets@gmail.com) and we'll let you know if there's something we can do.

Yes, we offer Pick-Ups! If you'd like to pick-up in-store our warehouse is open for pick-ups from 10am-3pm Monday-Friday. See you soon!Returns

All unopened, unused and unwashed items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date.
Opened/Used items and returns made past 30 days and up to 60 days of your delivery date will only be eligible for store credit. There will be no returns accepted past 60 days from your delivery date.
Please note that there is also a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty or defective.
